Our Mission

Disability discrimination claims have risen 71% in six years

Acas (opens in a new tab), the UK's independent authority on workplace disputes, has recorded more disability discrimination disputes every year since 2021/22, with the biggest jump in the latest year. Employment tribunal decisions (opens in a new tab) published by the Ministry of Justice consistently detail disability discrimination claims arising from limited or missing reasonable adjustments. We believe this is not a people problem but a process problem, and our mission is to empower employers, champion managers and enable successful employment, regardless of disability or neurodiversity.

Everyone loses in a disability discrimination dispute. The Equality Act (opens in a new tab) holds employers to a high standard, requiring reasonable adjustments for disabled and neurodivergent people even without a diagnosis. While clinicians train for years to understand these needs, employers must meet that standard with no such training or system to guide them. Employees seeking adjustments are at a disadvantage because the person they ask holds power over their career, often causing fear-driven non-disclosure. This is a system out of balance that leaves everyone at a loss.
